Cancelation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service to be eligible for a full refund. Should a cancellation occur within the 48-hour window, the appointment will be canceled; however, the deposit will be forfeited in this instance. We understand that emergencies may arise, and in such cases, requests for deposit refunds will be evaluated individually based on the circumstances presented. It is essential to provide timely notice of cancellations to prevent any unnecessary charges. We strive to accommodate our clients' needs while maintaining our operational efficiency. No-Show/ Late Policy

At Pristine Glow Co., we have a strict no-show and late policy to respect the time of all our clients. If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will need to call us to reschedule your next appointment and forfeit your deposit. For late arrivals, we allow a 10-minute grace period; beyond that, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit kept, and you will need to rebook. This policy is in place because lateness cuts into the service time of other clients waiting for their appointments, and we strive to provide the best experience for everyone. Sick Policy

At Pristine Glow Co., the health and safety of our team and clients are our top priorities. If you are feeling sick or under the weather, please notify us ahead of your appointment so we can reschedule. This advanced notice helps us maintain a healthy environment for everyone.

If you arrive for your appointment while sick without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to cancel your session immediately. In such cases:

  • Your deposit will be kept.

  • Depending on the severity of the situation, continued disregard for this policy may result in the termination of your client privileges.
